Do you offer screen printing?

Yes, we offer private labeling for larger quantities, but we also offer screen printing for smaller quantities as well. Designs can be submitted to our design department, or by emailing your dedicated customer care rep.

Where are your products made?

We partner with the best manufacturers across the globe. We directly import our items from, but not limited to, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India, Pakistan and many more.

Do your products have any certifications?

Yes! Most of our products, especially the key or high impact items, which do carry relevant certifications to meet industry standards.

Ordering and Shipping

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?

MOQ depends on the exact item, but we have very low MOQs for all of our items. We provide lots of flexibility so that you only can order only what you need.

What's the lead time for orders?

We offer shipping within the United States via trucking, UPS, USPS, FedEx or your preferred shipping method.  Local delivery is available for most of southern California. The estimated delivery time for most shipping is 2-7 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

How will my order be packaged?

We take care to package orders so they arrive safely, without damage. 

Larger orders are shipped on pallets and anti tampering tape. Medium and smaller sized orders are either strapped together or shipped in their original box.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pick up at one of our two warehouses located in City of Industry, California.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Our team will provide you with specific instructions based on the nature of the product. While we will cover logistics costs for domestic returns, there is a standard 15% restocking fee. 

Do you offer a product guarantee?

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products. If there are any manufacturing defects, we'll make it right.
